Fair question. Any company asking you to do the largest transaction of your life differently should expect to be checked out. Here is everything a skeptical person would want to verify, with the receipts.
VroomBrick holds a perfect 5.0 rating on Google reviews and a "Great" rating on Trustpilot from verified users (as of July 2026), alongside an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and zero complaints on file. Every one of those reviews comes from a real transaction or interaction, and you can read them directly on Google and Trustpilot rather than taking our word for it.
The review base is what you would expect from a company founded in 2023: real, growing, and unanimous so far. We would rather have a smaller number of perfect reviews from actual clients than a decade of mixed ones.

VroomBrick is a real estate technology platform. For a flat 1% technology fee, paid by the seller at closing, users get a step-by-step transaction dashboard, a relocation concierge, MLS listing through a flat-rate broker (for sellers), showing-agent coordination, and access to independent licensed professionals.
VroomBrick is not a brokerage. It does not represent buyers or sellers, does not negotiate contracts, and does not hold real estate licenses. The work that legally requires a license is done by people who hold one:
Users choose whether and how to engage each professional.
Traditionally, sellers have paid up to about 6% of the sale price in total commissions, split between the listing and buyer sides. Commissions are negotiable. VroomBrick replaces the commission on the side it supports with the flat 1% fee:

About VroomBrick: VroomBrick is a real estate technology platform, not a licensed real estate brokerage. VroomBrick does not provide brokerage services, represent buyers or sellers, or hold real estate licenses. The 1% technology fee covers platform access; closing attorneys, showing agents, and lender partners are independent licensed professionals. Commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable. Savings examples are illustrative; actual savings vary by transaction.
