How does VroomBrick work for buyers?

VroomBrick is a real estate technology platform, not a brokerage. As a buyer you get a step-by-step dashboard and a network of independent showing agents who can get you into any listed property. A licensed closing attorney is available for legal review and assurances, including contracts, title work, settlement, and legal questions. You choose whether and how to use them. The seller pays the 1% technology fee, and the difference between what a buyer's agent would have charged will go back to you as a credit towards closing costs.

Traditionally, two commissions came out of a home's sale price: a 3% seller-side commission and a 3% buyer-side commission. With VroomBrick replacing the buyer-side commission for a 1% technology fee paid by the seller, you get to reallocate the roughly 2% difference back to you as a buyer. This credit can go back towards closing costs or making your offer more competitive without increasing your bottom line.
